Pros & Cons
Pros
- Full label with doses published
Cons
- Citrulline about 27% and maca 12.5% of studied doses
- Ginseng 'trivial' and saffron null in the best trials
Who Is This For?
Recommended For:
We would not recommend it. Men with erection problems have effective, well-studied prescription options, and a doctor's check can reveal treatable causes.
Not Recommended For:
Men with heart disease, high or low blood pressure, or taking nitrates, PDE5 inhibitors or blood-pressure medication without their doctor's approval; men with erection problems that have not been checked by a doctor; and anyone taking regular medicines, since black pepper extract can change how some drugs are cleared.
Summary
What is in it, per 3 capsules: citrulline malate 600 mg (about 400 mg citrulline), beetroot 300 mg, maca 300 mg, damiana 250 mg, Korean ginseng 200 mg, pumpkin seed 100 mg, licorice 75 mg, saffron 30 mg, black pepper extract 5 mg, vitamin E 12 mg and zinc 15 mg.
What we found:
- Every ingredient with erection research is well below the studied dose: citrulline about a quarter, maca an eighth.
- A Cochrane review found ginseng's effect on erectile function "trivial".
- The largest saffron trial, in 346 men, found no benefit.
- The trials gave these ingredients daily for weeks, not 30 minutes before sex.
The American Urological Association says erectile dysfunction can be a warning sign of heart disease. Returns are limited to 10 days from purchase, for unopened goods.
Ingredient Breakdown
The label, ingredient by ingredient, with the best human evidence for erections.
- Korean ginseng, 200 mg (10 mg ginsenosides). A Cochrane review of 9 trials found "a trivial effect" on erectile function, below the smallest change men notice.
- Citrulline malate, 600 mg (about 400 mg L-citrulline). A single-blind study of 24 men with mild ED found that 1.5 g of citrulline a day for a month improved erection hardness in half of them; the authors said it was less effective than prescription PDE5 inhibitors.
- Maca, 300 mg. A 12-week trial of 50 men with mild ED at 2,400 mg a day found a small but significant improvement. A systematic review called the evidence limited.
- Saffron, 30 mg. A 12-week trial of 346 men at 30 mg twice a day found no significant improvement; sildenafil worked far better. A small positive trial was in men with antidepressant-related problems.
- Beetroot 300 mg (6 mg nitrate), damiana 250 mg, pumpkin seed 100 mg. We found no human erection trials.
- Licorice, 75 mg. The sales page says it "prevents prostate enlargement". We found no evidence for that.
- Vitamin E 12 mg, zinc 15 mg, black pepper extract 5 mg. Nutrient-level amounts and an absorption enhancer.
A 2018 meta-analysis of herbal products for ED concluded that more research is needed before they can be recommended.
What Erisil Plus actually contains

| Maca | 300 mg | 1500 mg20% |
| Beta-sitosterol | 20 mg | 60 mg33% |
| Zinc | 15 mg | 8 mg188% |
Amounts are taken from the manufacturer’s own supplement facts panel. Where a label states a standardisation, the active fraction is what we compare, because the active is what the trials measured.
Dosage Analysis
Our Dose Check compares each label amount with the best human study.
- L-citrulline: about 400 mg vs 1.5 g a day for a month. About 27%.
- Maca: 300 mg vs 2,400 mg a day for 12 weeks. 12.5%.
- Saffron: 30 mg vs 60 mg a day for 12 weeks, which did not work.
- Ginseng: 200 mg of extract; the Cochrane trials found only a trivial effect.
- Beetroot, damiana, pumpkin seed: no erection trials to compare with.
Timing matters too. The label says three capsules about 30 minutes before intercourse with 300 ml of water. The trials behind these ingredients gave them daily for 4 to 12 weeks. A bottle of 90 capsules is 30 servings.
Quality & Testing
Our Transparency Score checks five things a buyer can verify. Erisil Plus scores 2 out of 5.
- Label with doses: yes. Every ingredient is dosed.
- Identifiable company: no. The Swiss and German sites name Key Player Limited, Dubai Airport Freezone; the English site says only "ErisilPlus.com", located in Hong Kong. No manufacturer.
- Refund terms in writing: yes. 10 calendar days from purchase, unused goods only.
- Independent testing shown: no.
- Study on the finished product: no. The sales page shows a chart of erection duration improving after one week, with no study behind it.
The label gives no warning about heart conditions, nitrate medicines or blood-pressure drugs. The Swiss sales page also carries a US FDA disclaimer.
Correction. An earlier version of this review described L-arginine, tribulus and fenugreek (not in the product), said the doses were within the studied range, gave a dose of one to two capsules, and listed a 90-day guarantee. We have corrected it.
Value for Money
Prices when we checked in September 2026:
- Swiss site (where our link leads): CHF 49.99 for 1 bottle, CHF 99.98 for 3, CHF 149.97 for 6.
- German site: €49.99, €99.98, €149.97.
- English site: $55.99, $111.98, $167.97.
That is about CHF 0.83 to 1.67 a serving.
The return rule. The terms allow withdrawal "within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase", in writing, for goods with no signs of use, and state that EU law does not apply. Switzerland's federal portal notes that there is no general legal right to return goods bought in Switzerland, and that a .ch address does not mean the company is based there.
Side Effects & Safety
- Hidden drugs in this category: the FDA warns that many male-enhancement supplements are contaminated with undeclared drug ingredients, and that a product's absence from its list does not mean it is safe.
- Ginseng might lower blood sugar and may interfere with blood clotting, according to the NCCIH.
- Black pepper extract can raise blood levels of some medicines.
The sales page says it should not cause unwanted reactions. There is no clinical study on Erisil Plus itself.
Final Verdict
Our Verdict
Erisil Plus publishes an honest label, and that label shows its problem: every ingredient with erection research is at a fraction of the studied dose, the best-known ones showed trivial or no effects even at full dose, and the trials used daily dosing, not a pill before sex. Returns are limited to 10 days for unopened bottles. We do not recommend it. For erection problems, a doctor's visit is both safer and more effective.
